Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Google Workspace Data Usage

When you connect your Google Workspace account, we access the following data:

  • Your email address for account identification
  • Your emails, including subject lines, recipients, body content, and attachments for processing according to your rules

Data Retention and Protection: We only retain your email address in our system for account identification. All other data from your emails (including subjects, bodies, recipients, and attachments) is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing. We do not store or retain any email content or metadata beyond the immediate processing period.

AI/ML Training: We do not use any user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. All email processing is done in real-time and the data is immediately discarded after processing.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
